Ecosystem Jumpstarts

Each quarter, the Partner Dynamix team will choose 4 high potential startups to work directly within our get to market, go to market and gain the market frameworks.

Our team has helped hundreds of startups over the years with a focus on aligning technologies, marketing and sales engagement for the purpose of mutual growth and scale between the startup client and high value ecosystem partnerships (such as cloud, channel and services organizations).

Partner Dynamix brings a startup a world-class team who:

• Has an extensive network across the global technology platform landscape 
• Understands current technologies, trends and strategies a very deep level
• Successfully has worked with companies as small as 1-5 individuals and taken them through the public markets
• Aligns products, platforms and industries in a strategic, customer centric vision
• Has built revenue, channel and alliance programs at scale
• Works closely with the investment community including corporate venture and PE

As the backbone of Microsoft and Red Hat's technology, product and startup programs, we are uniquely positioned to help your startup maximize your efforts and build the right model to help scale your product and company.  Our team (and advisors) have deep experience across  two of the world's largest startup accelerators which has also helped to shape our jumpstart efforts.

Partner Dynamix works closely with the world's largest technology companies as well as some of the most impactful investment firms across the globe.

Our focus is with emerging companies who are building solutions that are driving AI/Machine Learning, Multi/Cloud and Cloud Platform Services as well as Edge Computing in intelligent applications and impactful industry-oriented scenarios.

We will publish the specific profiles we are looking for 60 days prior to the beginning of the next quarter's jumpstart as we call for qualified applicants.  

The profiles and criteria is based on the input and feedback from some of the most critical platform and technology organizations who are seeking out early stage innovations to align and extend their ecosystem of offerings to worldwide customers.

Base Requirements:

• Currently ships a commercial product, technology or service
• Series A Funded preferred with Seed Stage required
• Leadership Team aligned with ecosystem models and invested in success
• United States/Europe Headquarters (Asia beginning in H2 FY25)
• Access to product, marketing and sales teams required
• Seeking alignment in partner, alliance, channel and technology ecosystems

Because the themes may change quarter to quarter, there will be additional criteria that is specific to those themes (such as industry, geography, platform or technology stack) as we filter jumpstart participants.

Accepted applicants will receive:

• 90 days of a team approach
• A single point of contact with our founding team
• Technology Alignment
• Business Alignment
• Support and publish Strategy Plan as well as present/demo  QBR Briefing - BoD Briefing
• Partner Introductions
• Customer/Prospect Introductions

Your startup will benefit from a team approach, with the teams who have been aligned to the largest platforms in the world!

Each Jumpstart participant agrees to:

• Dedicated point of contact in product/marketing/strategy teams
• Weekly, documented collaboration and touchpoints
• Documented goals and agreed upon metrics for success
• Development of plan, presentation and other documented assets
• Fees: per/month x 3 months (beginning/ending are explicitly outlined by quarter)
• If agreed, any extensions will be negotiated for 30 day terms only - exceptions for firms who may 'roll' into next quarter Jumpstart based on theme and availability
• Organizations may wish to continue to work with Partner Dynamix on a retainer basis which is per/month flat fee providing customized support (contact us for details)

For less than the annual compensation price of one fully funded ecosystem professional, your team will be interfacing on a daily basis with the professionals who have built the programs, scaled the ecosystems and benefitted customers across the world!
